Application Engineer
Job Description:
• Provide technical advices to customers on pumps related enquiry.
• Selection of pumps based on the specification given by customers.
• Provide coordination support to Sales Engineers.
• Handle sales process from quotation to finished goods delivery.
• Handle walk-in customers.
• Work closely with customers and maintain good business relation.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent background.
• A Meticulous and fast learner with good communication skills.
• Experience in pump industry is a plus.

Service Coordinator
Job Description:
• Coordination and planning of after-sales services and work scheduling
• Planning and monitoring schedules for the maintenance contract
• Issuance of internal work documentation
• Ordering of parts.
• To provide administrative support (Pass application, General filing etc) for Service Department.
Requirements:
• Min GCE 'N' level.
• Preferably with working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office & Computer literate.
• Good customer and service-oriented.
