Above Air Operated Diaphragm Pump Skid is a unit designed for the transfer of Methanol and driven by Nitrogen Air. However such similar design can be use for different fluid transfers and powered pneumatically using utility air.
The skid contains a 3" Stainless Steel Wilden pump that is Atex certified with a max capacity of 992 lpm . Suction and Discharge dampeners are installed to reduce pulsation and thus prolong the life of piping and the pump. Optional leak containment provision is done by Blacoh's SPILLSTOP™ which makes this package 100% pneumatically driven.
